It is no surprise that employers across the US are constantly looking for ways to provide their employees with quality care while eliminating unnecessary medical spend. To ensure the delivery of high-value care at reduced costs, it is critical for health care stakeholders – employers, providers, brokers, and payers to collaborate and leverage value-based models that will strengthen transparency and significantly reduce expenses. As a result, health care executives in Connecticut have joined forces to find solutions to today’s pressing challenges and pave a path to value-based care. By leveraging value-based initiatives including Alternative Payment Models, Episode of Care and direct contracting arrangements, and Centers of Excellence networks, the state is working toward improving quality and increasing savings.

Taking place on October 16, 23, 30, and November 6, this four-part webinar series discusses strategies to drive value in the health care delivery system and improve outcomes. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about innovative and proven approaches that are being implemented in Connecticut to provide appropriate care at the most optimal price. Hear perspectives from health care leaders on what it takes to bend the cost curve and transform health care.
