Fiduciary Guarantee

The Credibility Guarantee for Fiduciaries is a special case, that could get you immediate savings.

The $100,000 is applied to individuals and firms earning our Fiduciary Validation as limited “co-insurance” for any settlement, arbitration finding, or adjudicated award made against the Validated entity or its customers where the Validated entity is named in the following tranches:

1. The first $5000 is the responsibility of the entity or its E&O/D&O insurer according to their own contractual arrangements
2. The Fiduciary Guarantee covers 50% of the next $200,000
3. The insurance then covers the remainder

Covered entities should be able to get a fairly immediate discount on their insurance if they have the Fiduciary designation and hence co-insurance. If not, we can find you a new P&C insurer.
